  • All orders are processed within 4 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to notify you of any delays.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out to your provided address.

  • Standard Shipping typically takes up to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, carrier, or customs delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

  • We offer free shipping on select orders, which will be indicated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your package.

  • You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and rates may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Delays

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier to inquire further.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at soulscape.shop@outlook.com within 14 days of your shipping confirmation. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Soulscape is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at soulscape.shop@outlook.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed.
